Why do I want to change? How can I get started and anchor new healthy habits? What role do my emotions play? An exchange of views between citizens/patients, health professionals and change agents.

The aim of this workshop is to better understand what is at stake in the patient/caregiver relationship and to question the reactions and postures of each.
